I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone via phone on Thursday or Friday (phone kept ringing with no end) and finally got in touch with Christine when I called Saturday morning. She was able to fit me in, most importantly due to low tire pressure because of a nail. The wait wasn't bad, it passed by quickly. Thanks Christine for once again taking care of my needs! More

However, Christine has kept me updated on the status along the way and ensured that my car was being taken care of, and was very sweet, patient, and nice when I visit the dealership. So far so good! Much better experience this time around! On June 2, 2015 my father and I went to get an oil change and a software recall on our 2013 Hyundai Sonata. We arrived and were greeted by Christine Tonelli who was very professional and extremely friendly. While we were there waiting, we decided to look around and was approached by salesman Leonides Garcia. He took a tremendous amount of time to find a vehicle that we might be interested in. We had a down payment in mind, monthly payment and the length of the lease already set in stone. Our salesman understood our goals and worked extremely hard with the management to get us to where we wanted to be. I must say this totally new management staff and general manager turned this dealership around beyond our expectations, and I commend the owners of this dealership on their judgement and wisdom on finding these new impressively remarkable professionals. More

Great Service even after the sale People always write about bad service but I want to tell you about great service. I bought a 2013 Santa Fe GLS in July of 2013. At the time there ap People always write about bad service but I want to tell you about great service. I bought a 2013 Santa Fe GLS in July of 2013. At the time there apparently was some miscommunication as to whether updates to the navigation system were included. I was told they would be taken care of. When the navigation map company came out with an update I went to the dealer to see about upgrading. I was told that I had misunderstood. They were not included. To make a long story short, after a few calls to their customer service people (Erin, Armi, and Roger) they agreed to give me the latest map upgrade at no charge. There were some glitches when the map company sent the wrong updates a couple of times but Christine Tonelli and Eddie Vellega got it straightened out. Those two are the best service advisers I have ever dealt with. They care about their customers and go out of their way on many occasions to treat you right. I would buy another car from McGrath just because of their service people. The sales people are great too. So, McGrath family, give these two a raise because a big part of selling cars is great service, which generates repeat business and referrals. I bought a Genesis Coupe from them in April of 2014. More

She's the Greatest I came in to get an oil change and nothing else. But of course they give you a summary of work needed. I was told my back tires are dry rotten and nee I came in to get an oil change and nothing else. But of course they give you a summary of work needed. I was told my back tires are dry rotten and needed to have them replaced very soon. Well good friendly and concerned Christine gave me a price of tires that I had to refuse. Nothing stops Christine from satisfying her customers and she took the time to look for the tires I needed for the right price. How many service representatives would have done that? She is one of the reasons I keep coming back. OK. More
