I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Overthe last 25 yearsI have purchased all but one of vehicles from Klaben. Klaben does all my service and hss always done excellent work always was fair with pricing on that work. Their body shop has done repair work also as well as some one off work and it to was first class quality. Stop in see my favorite service advisor Mona Crooks. She is top notch and treats the customer with first class care. Also see Chris Moldas if you are in the market for a new vehicle. He to is top notch and treats a customer like they matdr. We met Bo on vacation almost 2 years ago in Myrtle Beach! How crazy it is that we were both from Ohio, just a little under 3 hours away from each other.
