Mr. Davie was Great in facilitating my Grandsons minor repairs one day after purchase and before 30day warranty! I was told by previous associates before reaching out to Mr. Davie that additional expense repairs one day after purchase and before 30day warranty! I was told by previous associates before reaching out to Mr. Davie that additional expense may occur if beyond MD State inspection?? Which did NOT sit well with me! A couple weeks later I had my mechanic shop of 30yrs go over my 2012 GS Honda CrV! Once again I called Mr. Davie-with the assistance of shop manager-Christina-the minor issues were resolved! I was very pleased with their Customer Service!! As a consumer you never want to be mistreated once you drive away and accept sub par treatment! Truly Thank you for Assistance Mr. Davie. Sincerely O. We purchased a new vehicle here. Had some issues with the vehicle immediately and had very poor service and communication from the dealer. Calls, emails, texts went unanswered. We will never purchase from Heritage again. More

Today we found out that our 2006 CRV is on her last legs and needs to be replaced. I have always gotten good service from Hondas, but had serious issues about the CVT transmissions, tiny engines, turbos, a and needs to be replaced. I have always gotten good service from Hondas, but had serious issues about the CVT transmissions, tiny engines, turbos, and hybrid’s in use on the newer Hondas. Our salesman, Ricky Fernandez was fantastic. He took his time and explained the positives of the new systems and even brought my long term trusted mechanic, Blaine Peters, over from the other building to tell me his experiences with recent model. CRV repairs. That probably tipped me more than anything else towards the car . Then we worked on getting the price to a range with which I was comfortable. Ricky correctly assessed that my wife was heavily involved in the purchase of the car and made every effort to make her comfortable with the purchase too. Ricky also had Chris come talk with us to consider different options and work on the numbers some more.Finally Mr Yim invited us back to the business office. He was able to provide a program to help compensate for the expenses I feared from the new vehicle components. . Having sold and serviced Hondas for about 10 years, and homes for 17 more, I can be a pretty tough sell. (AKA a real pain). These guys had their work cut out for them to sell me in one sitting, but they did a fantastic job of selling us the car. Ricky knew his product, presented it well, nicely answered our objections, used his whole team to help make the sale, and sent us home with big smiles in our new car. I can’t think of anything that he or any of the rest of them could have done better. More

I bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic from Heritage Honda Bel Air. Since the beginning I had been in multiple times for electric problems with my radio and AC issues. I had been in 7 times for AC blowing war Bel Air. Since the beginning I had been in multiple times for electric problems with my radio and AC issues. I had been in 7 times for AC blowing warm on drivers side trying to get it fixed. Every 1-6 months or so it would blow warm again on one side. It wasn’t until I was out of warranty (3 months out of warranty to be exact) that they told me my compressor needed replaced and it would be 1695$ to replace. I had been in for this same issue SEVEN times over the course of 3-4 years trying to get this fixed right. It wasn’t until I had to call in to Honda corporate that I could get any attention from this dealership to try to make this right and it is still costing me hundreds of dollars to replace the compressor. I should not have to pay for an issue that they have not been able to fix properly since July of 2018!!! (If it was fixed right any other time I came in, it would have been under my warranty) instead I get sent home with a recharge to last me a few days to months until it all leaks out again. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will not be buying another vehicle from here. I am very disappointed at how this was handled. I spoke to my advisor Tony and to the service manager Chrissy who I thought would help to make it right but failed to show any sympathy for all the failed service appointments in my record and the time I wasted in the shop. They should have made this right from seeing my documented history of service —or lack there of. Buy new somewhere else, learn from my mistake. They don’t care how many of us got a bad batch of cars they won’t stand behind their bad product. The worst part is that they reply to my review and state that this never happened. It did happen, i have all of the paperwork and they just flat out call me a liar on the internet but can't call me to apologize? Shady business and I will never recommend them to anyone again after the way I have been treated. More
