I always enjoy going to this dealership but this one time I went I had a bad experience. I’ve took my car to get fully serviced that means a full multi service job done on my car before my warranty was expir I went I had a bad experience. They said they found a few things that needed to be serviced and they did service the car however when I left the dealership I’ve noticed a wobble coming from my front end of my car didn’t think much of it so the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change I bought that to their attention they reply was your warranty is up and it gone cost you around a thousand plus dollars to fix it. More

I went to the dealership prior to my last oil change due to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I noticed my car was wobbling uncomfortably. My next oil change was done at the dealership. No my car had 38,000 miles. Almost brand new car. I don’t speed. Don’t drive my car roughly or anything just a normal car so I took my car back to the dealership with 40,000 miles currently on it. They said my warranty was expired and gave me an estimate price over $1000 to fix my problem unfortunately I didn’t have the funds to resolve my problem. I’m stuck driving in wobbly uncomfortable car that I bought off the showroom floor at this dealership. Now let me make myself clear. This was the first time I ever experience this type of treatment at this dealership. This dealership is very friendly, polite, and understanding unfortunately, it was a bad day at the dealership. I will recommend friends and family to do business at this dealership, but if I have another bad experience, I would take my business elsewhere. More

I’m not satisfied with the work done on the radio in my truck. I believe I spoke to Juan Dieppa on Wednesday May 14th, he tells me that the part was delayed because it was lost in transit and they had to o truck. Then on May 16, Fidel sends me a message that the vehicle radio has been replaced and working under manufacture specs; Which seemed weird to me since two days earlier I was told there was an issue with parts order for my trucks radio. I picked up my truck up on Sunday the 19th of May and exactly in one weeks time my radio starts having the same issues I’ve taken it for three previous times. I’m beyond frustrated and irritated at this point. More

RepeatedUnnecessary delays and costs caused by service department since purchasing my 2020 Jeep at this dealership and always having it serviced there, KENDALL, Dodge’s., inability to diagnose and fix my department since purchasing my 2020 Jeep at this dealership and always having it serviced there, KENDALL, Dodge’s., inability to diagnose and fix my car issues within a reasonable time. Have caused me unnecessary lengthy expenses and frustrations in their inability to diagnose fix repair issues.. Terrible manner of communications from service manager Christian Povsic, interrupting and yelling at me repeatedly. Also, he repeatedly stated that part of the over one month delay in returning my car was caused by me, which is not true – a lie or miscommunication, right or wrong, He is terribly rude and needs training or replacement in his position in dealing with customers. at this point not only will I never go back to Kendall Dodge or recommend them for anything especially servicing, but if all Dodge dealers operate in similar negative ways, I am considering legal action. Currently, I intend to go only to either a different dealership for service as long as I have this car and warranty that covers anything and if it is not covered, and I still have this car, I will go to an independent mechanic. also possibly due to manufacturing defect in my clutch. I’m also considering trading it in getting rid of a possible lemon and going to a more dependable reputed vehicle. I have always bought new cars, gotten them serviced & dealt with different dealerships and have never had the issues and disappointment I currently have had with this jeep and Kendall Dodge, especially the service manager and department. More
