Simple reason for the low rating: I brought my 2020 Camry
in for routine maintenance. A couple of years earlier I had purchased the extended maintenance plan, which gives you five visits for an oil change an
in for routine maintenance. A couple of years earlier I had purchased the extended maintenance plan, which gives you five visits for an oil change and other basics. After I got home and looked at my bill for that last visit, I saw that I had been charged $65 for the extended maintenance. I wrote Chris and he said that was a mistake and he would refund the money. Nothing happened. I wrote him a couple of more times and each time he said the refund would be forthcoming. Still nothing. Finally, I wrote him one more time and never heard back. $65 is not going to make or break me. And I'm sure it won't hurt Koons if it sends me the $65. The issue now is, will the company live up to its obligations.
