Christian was amazing. He was available to same at the time of my appointment. He set the stage as far as the time frame that it would take to complete the service and kept me informed throughout the process. The services were actually completed a little sooner than expected so that was a plus. I was going to the waiting area when Christian heard me mention that I wanted breakfast and immediately sprang into action to find the closest breakfast restaurants to the dealer.
