South Bay BMW want Finger Print!!!I went to South Bay South Bay BMW want Finger Print!!! I went to South Bay BMW to lease a new Mini for my wife. Today morning, while I was providing them the basic info South Bay BMW want Finger Print!!! I went to South Bay BMW to lease a new Mini for my wife. Today morning, while I was providing them the basic information, I found out I have to come with my wife since she needs to sign the paper. So, this afternoon, when I was driving back to the dealer with my wife, the sales rep text me that he ran my credit, without my permission, and the credit inquiry was declined since the credit was locked. I have Experian to secure my family credit since there are so many scam. the credit inquiry must be done when my credit is ublocked but this guys did without letting me know and permission. anyway, I called back BMW Financial services and went thru teh verification, the credit is approved for new Mini that my wife liked. After I finalized with Sales Rep, the lady from finacial Dept, told me there is Red Flag on file and asked same question that BMW financial asked. Why? Dealer is not a finacial aid. and Guess what? They requested my wife's finger print who has 879 Credit score. Am i getting the citizensip? When I told them she cannot give her live scan and they reruired me a copy of my passport. This is Joke!. I never asked from any dealer for my finger print and US passport. I currently have Coachman Galleria Class B, BMW X3 M40i, and RAM 1500 Limited and never had this experiance. I think South Bay BMW wants to be a goverment! Like Joe Biden! Don't release your live scan! Sales Rep was friendly, but not this lady, Katrina De Los Reyes in the financial dept. She told me she has been collecting the finger print for past 4 years eversince she worked with South Bay BMW. Do you really want to get a Mini even if you release your live scan or finger print? Cars are everywhere and I can get it anywhere. More

Almost perfect Overall experience was so convenient I cant argue. The sales person I biught the car from was the one who setup my appointment and handled it with a white glove. They picked up my car on a flatbed and delivered me a loaner at the same time for my service- door to door service! Very accommodating since I dread taking my toddler to service at the dealership. 1 tiny complaint, which is tedious, but hey, it did bother me... one of the techs changed my saved profile seat configuration! They have 4 options to choose, including 2guest profiles, but someone chose the first profile clearly labeled with my name and changed the seating setup. I mean, it doesnt make sense why the BMW techs wouldnt know about this feature and use it properly. More
