I truly felt how much Mr. Walker and the Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati care about their customers during and after making a purchase of my C300 Mercedes. I had a lot of reservations about trading my once “TRUE LOVE” Mustang in for a Mercedes. I can now say I have a second “TRUE LOVE”. The dealership made me feel like I was not an interruption in their work but a purpose of it. I wasn’t an outsider in their business, I became part of it. I didn’t get the feeling that they were doing me a favor by serving me but rather I was doing them a favor by giving them an opportunity serve me. Although Mr. Walker was my salesman many of the staff members became part of conversations and ensured I was receiving top notch customer service. It was like sitting down at the “Family” dinner table talking about your day. Merely satisfying my family and I will not be enough to earn our loyalty. Instead, we must experience exceptional service worthy of our repeat business and referral. The quality of car speaks for itself….there are many great brands on the market, but it is the level of genuine care, outstanding knowledge and service consistency that sets this dealership apart. I have family members who swear by the Mercedes brand, and now I truly understand why. Below are brief examples of my personal Montgomery Mercedes experience: - Chris Walker was quick to acknowledge and greet me, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire sales process - Process went smoothly, and I had everything I desired in a car, from color to features - Returned to dealership a few weeks after purchase and my salesman, Chris, eagerly offered to put my license plates on the vehicle! This was a great help…and very above and beyond!
