New Merc Purchase 11/16/15 I had stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the new models and say hi to Chris Walker if he was there. I spotted a new model; 201 11/16/15 I had stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the new models and say hi to Chris Walker if he was there. I spotted a new model; 2016 GLE450 AMG that had just delivered that day. I scheduled with Chris to return Monday morning for a test drive. Everything was ready from the car cleaned and prepped for a drive to my quote on a trade. It is important to me to deal and interact with people of the same mindset. Professionalism, quality of product and services. MB of Cinci provides all of this. Obviously the engineering and performance of the cars, along with the facilities and service and sales associates. Chris Walker has provided this part. Excellent product knowledge and a performance car lover which makes a big difference in the interaction. Also a genuinely nice guy I consider a friend. Of course the car is outstanding as well! And its in my garage. More

And yes, after being encouraged to compare several different models, we purchased a Mercedes Benz that is a dream to drive! Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati provided an exceptional customer experience with Chris and Shaun leading the charge. They encouraged our questions and offered honest answers. We were given "room" to discuss our thoughts without awkward interventions. As we progressed in our conversation Chris offered objective suggestions as to things to take into consideration when purchasing a new vehicle. In addition, he very effectively pointed out the various new safety features and technology designs intended to keep Mercedes Benz drivers out of harms way. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was only enhanced by staff from both sales and service who were as taken by our Great Dane, Lefty, as we are. I have two small kids, and Chris Walker learned a lot about me, my family and our needs quickly, not only did he get me into the right car for me, it was nearly one of the least expensive on the lot. He wasn't in it for the big sale, but to make us happy customers. I visited 3 times, and he didn't once ask for my contact info. He didn't harass me or push me at all. I ended up buying from him because all of the other sales guys at Audi and BMW weren't exactly as "passive". I believe if someone's going to buy a car, they will-- just let them do their thing and be helpful! This described my experience working with Chris. Highly recommend! More

Fantastic Experience - Quick and Easy I stopped by the dealership on my way home from my office to see what inventory they currently had. It just so happened that they had the perfect CLS5 I stopped by the dealership on my way home from my office to see what inventory they currently had. It just so happened that they had the perfect CLS550 with the exact options I would have wanted and the perfect color combination. Chris Walker met me on the lot very quickly and let me take the vehicle out for a spin. We kept in touch over the next 2 days via email. We even negotiated the price and terms via email. Chris was very helpful with initiating the credit application and explaining the rate and terms that they could offer. The deal was negotiated quickly over the phone and via email. I already knew what to expect before heading back to the dealership to pick up my new car. When I got there, the car was already being detailed and the paperwork was ready to go. All-in-all, it took about 30 minutes to sign and drive off the lot. Chris was also very helpful with some follow up accessories that I decided to purchase even though it probably wasn't his department. More
