IRA Subaru Danvers, I couldn’t say which one treated me worse: Used car manager Emilio Rodriguez, Finance manager Jean Pierre El Hachem, Business manager William Brazil. I won't subject myself to suc worse: Used car manager Emilio Rodriguez, Finance manager Jean Pierre El Hachem, Business manager William Brazil. I won't subject myself to such aggression and disrespect again. I was judged based on the simple way I am, I'm a simple 61-year-old woman who knows her moral and professional values. I'm a simple 61-year-old woman with a solid education and an outstanding credit score. I visited IRA Subaru in Danvers with the intention of test driving a Highlander. Although the car appealed to me, the saleswoman presented a price that exceeded what I had seen advertised, along with additional services I hadn't requested. In response, she directed me to Emílio Rodriguez, the manager of used cars. Emílio simply played with the numbers without offering any benefits to me. I asked about the interest rate. Emilio Rodriguez presented an inflated interest rate nearing 10%. As I reviewed his proposal on my phone, he ridiculed my actions and offered me his calculator. During my absence to the restroom, I overheard Emilio Rodriguez making disrespectful comments about me to my daughter, making her uncomfortable and upset. Upon my return, I decided to leave, but Emilio Rodriguez insisted I stay and introduced Jean Pierre El Hachem, the finance manager. I proposed closing the deal at a 5% interest rate, given my credit score above 800. Jean Pierre El Hachem openly laughed, he dismissively questioned my request for a 5% interest rate, insinuating that I was overestimating my worth. He cynically compared me to an employee, suggesting that if that individual had to settle for a higher rate, why should I expect any different treatment, further diminishing my credibility and valid financial standing. I kindly thank him and left. About 20 days later, due to a $3,000 reduction in the car's price and no sale, they contacted me again. I agreed to proceed if they offered a 7% interest rate, in line with my creditworthiness. They consented, and we began the purchase process. Next day, during the documentation phase with business manager William Brazil, he displayed aggressive behavior, raising his voice and pressuring me to accept additional car protection services, which I declined. His tone became more confrontational, and he began shouting, further asserting that checking my credit he fought to secure the 5.9% interest rate for me, implying I owed him gratitude. I was saying to William Brazil that his behavior towards me was extremely rude and I didn’t like him yelling at me like that. He was scaring me. He insinuated that my previous complaint about Emílio Rodriguez and Jean Pierre El Hachem to general manager was a basis for his aggressive behavior, as if I was in the wrong for seeking better treatment. William Brazil was in a hysterical state, shouting uncontrollably. I wondered where the responsible individuals were, allowing such behavior to unfold. It was clear that instead of addressing customer concerns or providing a satisfactory experience, William Brazil chose to retaliate using insider knowledge, making the situation even more distressing and unprofessional. When I left his office, the saleswoman looked concerned, she was aware of his behavior. I shared with her that I nearly canceled the purchase due to his treatment. I proceeded only because of the time and effort I'd already invested and my credit had been checked. I wonder if they conspired to mistreat me in such a manner to make me cancel the purchase, thus missing out on the excellent opportunity that arose due to their unprofessionalism towards me. More
