I bought my 2019 GMC Terrain from your dealership last year about this time. Today at 1015 I brought my Terrain in because the auto stop was not working. I waited for three (3) hours and had to go out t year about this time. Today at 1015 I brought my Terrain in because the auto stop was not working. I waited for three (3) hours and had to go out to my service advisor, Christopher Parisi, to see what was the status. He checked and informed me the start stop battery was bad and would have to be replaced. He said it would take approximately twenty minutes. Finally, after almost an hour, he came and told me that did not solve the problem. He said I should leave the car over night so they could do more testing. He said he could get me a loaner car for free in this situation. I said to do it. Then, after twenty minutes he came back and told me it would be another twenty to thirty minutes to get the loaner. I asked if my car was drivable and he said yes and I instructed him to bring it out so I could take it home. In total I was at the dealership for over four hours, paid $348.92, for a vehicle that wasn’t fixed. I assure you I will never bring my vehicle back to your dealership again. The whole experience was pitiful. More
