It was an incredibly disappointing experience. After my first appointment I was told that I would be contacted three days later once the part was in and painted. Nobody called me and I had to follow up on my own. Upon my attempt to follow up I was basically ignored. I was told on two separate occasions that Chris would get back to me and he never did. I had to escalate this to a manager who threw her hands up and said she had no idea why nobody ever contacted me. More
