Never ceases to amaze me I dropped my car off overnight to be serviced the next day. Chris kept me informed of the situation and before I knew it my car was ready for pickup. Wow! Great sevice!! I have never been treated so well at a car service. Chris was very thorough and made sure that I understood what was being done to the car. And, becau I have never been treated so well at a car service. Chris was very thorough and made sure that I understood what was being done to the car. And, because the repairs were anticipated to take longer than planned, he got me a loaner! Then, when the car was ready, he went over everything with me to clear up any questions. Very good service, wait time was acceptable the entire service experience was very good- up to the end when the car was washed and returned. It would have been nice if a service associate came o the entire service experience was very good- up to the end when the car was washed and returned. It would have been nice if a service associate came out with us to the car as we had a few questions- rather than just hand us the invoice and "have a nice day". More
