NICE ENVIRONMENT - GOOD SERVICE I came in for my car's 15,000 mile service. I was treated very courteously and offered coffee, tea and snacks. My car was washed and vacuumed and a I came in for my car's 15,000 mile service. I was treated very courteously and offered coffee, tea and snacks. My car was washed and vacuumed and a bad scuff, that I feared was a paint scratch was totally removed. I would recommend this dealership for stress free service. More

Where is the sixth star? Every step of the way, the staff was so gracious and responsive. I brought my car in for a recall procedure. The entire process was explained to me. Every step of the way, the staff was so gracious and responsive. I brought my car in for a recall procedure. The entire process was explained to me. I had a choice of loaner cars to choose from. I enjoyed the loaner car, as it felt like a "sporty new me"! Communication was thorough as my car was being worked on. The icing on the cake was the incredible cleaning that took place. Thank you, Andy, for all of your extra elbow grease. I actually feel as if I need sunglasses now when I look at my sparkling car! Six stars for this review. More

Poor customer service Got charged $40 just to put air in my spare tire and they could not justify the charge. When I did question why so much money, the writer and receptionist both told me corporate makes them charge that. Unbelievable!!! And I purchased the car from them too nonetheless!!! More
