Excellent Customer Service I went to BMW of Palm Springs for the first time last week. They did an oil change, took care of a recall and did a detail on our 11-year old BMW. I h I went to BMW of Palm Springs for the first time last week. They did an oil change, took care of a recall and did a detail on our 11-year old BMW. I have never received better service anywhere. Chris was on top of the work, he gave regular updates of the progress, and he was very curtious. And the price for all the work was very reasonable. Benji did the detail. I did not think that he could get the water spots off of the car. We park our car in the driveway and the sprinklers have been hitting it everyday for a year. But Benji did it! The car looks like a brand new one! I will definitely be going back for all of the servicing of our car. . More

Oil change I am giving four stars because I feel that it is very important to clean off the top plastic intake cover where oil is poured into the engine instead I am giving four stars because I feel that it is very important to clean off the top plastic intake cover where oil is poured into the engine instead of cleaning off the whole top and around the oil Could've been A little more tidier especially from BMW dealership other than that my overall experience was excellent are you are my check ups and inspections and oil changes from BMW of Palm Springs I also would like to add that in the past I have open my hood after an oil change and found a couple Plastic caps either not screwed on tight or not put back on and just hanging off so I making a point to check recheck before I leave I feel sometimes they get in a rush and just want to send me on my way More

Prompt, helpful, caring kind accommodating friendly knowledgeable etc etc.(especially compared to my WORST LEVEL EVER IN 25 yrs with BMW ESCONDIDO- horrendous lying uncooperative refusals of paperwork copies scratching my brand new front bumper taking no responsibility and offering me no help including manager who refused to give me contact info of dealer owner as well as threatening to call the police - all while I attempted a fair & reasonable discussion that manager rolled his eyes at me in which I stopped mid convo to call him out on not even paying attention or listening to a word I was saying - WORST BMW DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET). Palm Springs- in a league of their own. More
