Are you kidding me?? NO OTHER PLACE TO GO!!! This group is the best I have worked with. They keep you in the loop and notify you if they have any concerns.This is a trust worthy place. TPM sensor replacement - cost more than 2 tires! I brought my 2010 Corolla in because one of my TPMS was malfunctioning. The person that checked me in told me it was a 90.00 diagnostic fee, but that I brought my 2010 Corolla in because one of my TPMS was malfunctioning. The person that checked me in told me it was a 90.00 diagnostic fee, but that should about cover the cost of replacing one of the TPM sensors. I said go ahead, and he told me they would let me know cost before work began. I was shocked to hear the price they wanted to charge me was 3 times what I was lead to believe - 270.00, for one sensor replacement. I can buy 4 of them online for 150.00. So now I can spend 90.00 for nothing, or 270? Fortunately, I peeved the service guy off, by suggesting he was ripping me off because I was a lady - and he decided they would refuse to do the work (that was probably already done by this time). So he 'only' charged me 34.00 of the 90.00 and put my old sensor back on. The next day we called two different toyota dealerships and Firestone and were quoted the following different prices for the same work: 226.00, 197.00 and 107 at Firestone. Yea, I believe Toyota Direct was ripping me off!!! More

Service & New Car Chris Grosman has always given great service. We have been on first name basis for at least 16 years. Always finds a way to take care of problems & keeps me advised of future issues. I miss Randolph Manzie. Jacob Early is very open & helpful. I will continue to deal with Toyota Direct as long as Chris & Jacob are there. More

Outstanding ! Like family. I have purchased nine cars from Toyota Direct over the past sixteen years. Four of those were for me and the others for members of my family. Chris Grossman and the service department have gone above and beyond to make sure that my vehicles were well taken care of. They know me and and my family and treat us like family. I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles or with the service provided. My last sales person was Patti Street. She, too, went beyond the call ( delivering my new vehicle to my doorstep ) to take care of me. I appreciated, too, that she listening to me and what I wanted rather than trying to push her own sales agenda. I will continue to return to Toyota Direct to purchase and to obtain service as long as I am treated as these people have treated me. More

Saves me money I had a appointment to fix a noise under my hood and new brakes. That is why I go to Toyota direct because I feel they are honest and always have my best interest. I only go there because they keep great records and I can count on them to know what my car needs.
