Herb Chambers of Burlington is by far the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I recently took my car in for a scheduled oil change and the service department was phenomenal! Specifically Leah dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I recently took my car in for a scheduled oil change and the service department was phenomenal! Specifically Leah of the service department. She welcomes you and treats you as if you were her family. Her knowledge of vehicles and the services are beyond what one could hope for. She kept me informed to what exactly would be done and gladly answered any questions I had regarding my car. For a person who doesn’t know much when it comes to vehicles- her knowledge and expertise was comforting. Kudos to this dealership for having a employee like this. More

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington has an excellent staff, several of whom have been there since I've been buying cars there, which is 15 or 20 years. That means they are happy employees, are proud of what th several of whom have been there since I've been buying cars there, which is 15 or 20 years. That means they are happy employees, are proud of what they do and do a good job. All of our four cars have worked out well, and we've always had a good service at good prices. Hondas also are very reliable vehicles, so one cannot lose with this dealer! More

I had two issues that needed attention. One was a noisy shock absorber and a small oil leak from somewhere. The shock was an easy fix. Turns out that the small oil leak was coming from a brake line going front to back. This was a little more involved. If not attended to the leak could've gotten worse leading to braking issue. The service department at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is the heart of this dealership. Chris Glen and his team move like a well oiled machine. More
