The entire Service team at Herb Chambers did an excellent job servicing my Honda CRV. When I brought in for the Honda-mandated safety recall, I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours. Herb Chambers of Burlington is by far the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I recently took my car in for a scheduled oil change and the service department was phenomenal! She welcomes you and treats you as if you were her family. Her knowledge of vehicles and the services are beyond what one could hope for. She kept me informed to what exactly would be done and gladly answered any questions I had regarding my car. For a person who doesn’t know much when it comes to vehicles- her knowledge and expertise was comforting. Kudos to this dealership for having a employee like this. More
