After buying a "New 2025 Silverado Black Widow" this past November from NuCar Chevy,...GREAT SALES TEAM (Tom McQueen & Chris Castner) I had my BW Silverado in for a routine Black Widow check and to ""add GM November from NuCar Chevy,...GREAT SALES TEAM (Tom McQueen & Chris Castner) I had my BW Silverado in for a routine Black Widow check and to ""add GM online purchased After market Blackout Silverado Emblems"", etc.. The NuCar shuttle dropped me back to my house but FORGOT TO PICK ME UP later in the day when my Silverado was finished... thennnn the next day I noticed """a GREASY RESIDUE around every newly installed emblem, like it was wiped with an OLD GREASY RAGE, that showed up big-time in the daylight the next day!!""".. the residue didn't wash off easily, so I called NuCar and """was promised a Full Detailing service to correct the problem""", along with the installation of 2 blackout Z71 Emblems I purchased on the GM website... so after a previously planned out of town vacation, I dropped my BW Silverado at the NuCar Dealership for a ""2nd service"" in as many weeks... then waited and waited, apx. 2+ Hours for the NuCar shuttle to drop me off at my house... a customer saw that I was upset over the long wait and my interaction with NuCar Service Counter Staff (Who were GREAT!!) that informed me of that the shuttle was STILL 20 minutes out!! ... confused, since I was only #4 on the shuttle list and the #1 name that was scrached off, who supposedly lived in Middletown... 2 HOURS AWAY??? ...anyway this customer that was #2 on the list and told me she was at the NuCar Service Dept. longer than me! ..she was waiting apx. 2 1/2 Hour! ...she informed me she was getting an Uber and was willing to share the ride but unfortunately she was heading south and I lived North... I looked up an Uber but the $50. cost just me even more upset! ..eventually a "friend" drove me home ending my 2+ hour wait. Later the shuttle picked me up at home, took me back to NuCar to pickup my BW Silverado... as I approached my Silverado and opened the drivers' door, right away I noticed Water, Salt and dirt on my drivers' side floor mat!! ..my truck is new and super clean.. that's the way I've always keep my vehicles for years! ..upon further inspection, NO Vehicle Wash and/or Full Detailing was done... yeah, the "greasy rage areas" around the new emblem from the previous service date was cleaned HALF xxx'd!! ...you could see where SOME of the area was cleaned but STILL SHOWED GREASY AREAS that were missed!!! ... when I asked for & was told my BW Silverado was getting the additional emblems installed and that my vehicle would be sent to "get Detailed so to correct the GREASY RESIDUE ISSUE from the PREVIOUS service encounter", I was good, but seeing my floor mats dirty, """greasy film still not proper cleaned off my New Silverado black paint and ceramic coating""", I was even more upset! Paper Service Floor Mats are a basic practice at Top Service shops!! ...and a sign of respect! ... wiping a new vehicle, any vehicle, a BLACK ceramic coated vehicle with a "GREASY Rag"... is disrespectful to me and my vehicle! ... and to NOT COREECT the 1st problem as promised on the next service is totally unacceptable! Let me be clear, The NuCar Sales Team, Finance team, ""The Service Counter Team"", support staff and the Shuttle driver are all great 5 Star Employees!!! """ I'd buy another vehicle from NuCar!!""" ... but "Two Strikes against the SERVICE SHOP"!! ...I don't know if I'll give them a chance at a 3rd Strike! ...WHY SHOULD I ??...I'm seriously contemplation taking my New BW Silverado to the Chevy Dealership I had previous made purchases from... for all service needed moving forward. We'll see. More
