Glenn Ross (Sales Consultant) kept me in the loop every step of the way, updating me on shipping and even texting photos as soon as the Bronco came off the transport truck (he knew how excited I was!). Just a genuinely great guy to work with. Big shout-out to the service team, who handled my cat-back exhaust and Ford Performance Tune installs in record time so I could get behind the wheel right away — the work was flawless. And finally, Choy Saechao (Finance Manager) saved me another 1.5% on my financing compared to my credit union and had me in and out of F&I faster than I thought possible. Every time I visit, Louis, the service manager, greets me with warmth and provides exceptional customer service—the best I’ve encountered. The kind gentleman in the parts department even replaced my battery at no charge and generously gave me an extension for the back seat, again free of charge.
