My only issue was that I had my vehicle in for the 45,000-mile service just a few weeks before receiving a mailer stating that I needed an immediate battery replacement based on that visit. Luis never mentioned that during the service—he only advised that I needed an alignment, which I had done. It would have been much more convenient to know about the battery at that time so I could have taken care of both services in a single visit. More

The technicians here are friendly but every time we bring our vehicle here we leave disappointed. This time we asked them to diagnose why the right steering wheel buttons weren't working correctly. We told t our vehicle here we leave disappointed. This time we asked them to diagnose why the right steering wheel buttons weren't working correctly. We told them they have already been replaced and I was thinking it was perhaps a clock spring issue. They charged us $275 and simply told us to replace the buttons even though there is new motorcraft buttons installed. Apparently they did not connect the system to a diagnostic computer to really try and find the communication issue with the buttons. More
