i arrived for my reservation at 10:55 for 11:00 reservation. 3 tire replacement and alignment took till 4:00! Of course that included a car wash. I dont think between my time and cost it was worth reservation. 3 tire replacement and alignment took till 4:00! Of course that included a car wash. I had a scheduled appointment for a recall which they had the parts for and my car sat for 3 days without working on it. We were told it would take a day or day and half but when we called and text we receiv the parts for and my car sat for 3 days without working on it. We were told it would take a day or day and half but when we called and text we received no updates. Finally we were told they were backed up with appointments. What is the point of an appointment then? They told us they were reservations and they go in the order of the reservations. Never have we dealt with this at BMW Sarasota or any dealer. We had to escalate the issue because Derek would not respond and left message for the Service Manager, Mr. Chong Lee who never called us back. Paula was able to help us and we asked for another service advisor but had to pick up with Derek who still had a poor attitude and did us a favor by getting us a loaner. A loaner is a benefit with any true luxury brand. Treated terribly and reported the issue with BMW of North America as BMW Sarasota is a disservice to the BMW brand. More

I found MAJOR mistakes in some service I had done. I also was told that there were leaking coolant lines that I inspected and they are not leaking. This was quoted at a $1,000 repair. Every time I have had work done at this dealer (I have had 20k worth of work done under warranty), there is extra damage to my vehicle. More

I must be at the wrong dealership. After having batterys replaced was informed I needed a steering rack. Dealer made $7,800 repair and left tools in my engine compartment. After picking vehicle up the fan went into the radiator as a result of thier neglect. They do not want to offer an extended warranty or compensation, out side of repairing noticable damage. This is a large dealer just interested in you money. Beware! More
