From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Chip was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were his top priority. Chip took the time to listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and walked us through every feature of the Telluride. He was patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His genuine enthusiasm for the car made us even more excited about our purchase. What really stood out was how easy Chip made the entire process. I had purchased a car last year from Kia was not pleased and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I w and had some issues and just decided to trade it and then I met Lyric and he really took the time to listen to my concerns paid attention to what I was concerned about and put me in a car that I was much happier with I haven’t driven it very much yet but it is much more comfortable more my style of car I’m 75 years old. I like comfort I don’t feel like you’re on the floor of the car when you hit a bump Lyric was excellent. Took a long time with me. Help me move stuff over into the car. The world would be much better off with more sales people like Lyric. More

We purchased our car from Oaks Kia with Chips' help November 2023. He was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, informative, helpful and patient. He never once made us feel like we were just a paycheck f November 2023. He was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, informative, helpful and patient. He never once made us feel like we were just a paycheck for him. We liked him and Oaks Kia so much that when we thought we needed to get a new car last year they were the first place we thought of going. We got to work with Chip again which we were really happy about. We didn't even realize it right away but we ended up going there the same day that we had bought our car the year before! While we didn't end up getting a car this time around we had just as good of an experience as last time. We will be back in a few months to start the car buying process again and will be working with Chip! More
