Great customer service. I was looking for a particular truck. The only dealership that had one close was Flood Ford...70 miles away from me. Michelle Fontaine contacted me within minutes and was very helpful in providing very transparent information to give me a warm fuzzy feeling that the truck as indeed there and that I would be treated well if I made the drive to come view. Two days later I made the trip after Michelle hooked me up with Chase Sullivan. Chase was terrific. We hit it off, I got a great deal and the truck I wanted with zero hassle. John Zito was very helpful with completing the transaction. We laughed and yucked it up like we were old friends, which he is now!
