Darn near perfect Since moving to New England, I have only ever purchased a vehicle from Dover Honda. The staff has almost always been great and I am so thankful for the play room they have to help keep the little people preoccupied. They did what they could to get us the vehicle we wanted for the price we asked for and the monthly payment we were shooting for. Only downfall is not having my vehicle ready when we came to pick it up. Very disappointing to a 3 year old who is excited about mommy and daddy’s new car(and for mommy and daddy too)! Otherwise an excellent dealership. More

Thanks for being so helpful! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and there wasn't the pushy salesmen vibe you can get at other dealerships. Almost perfect Overall my experience with Dover Honda was a good one. I had a 2010 CRV that had none of the new safety features and came in with the express purpose Overall my experience with Dover Honda was a good one. I had a 2010 CRV that had none of the new safety features and came in with the express purpose of buying a new CRV that included as many safe driving options as possible; Charley Lawrence made that happen. He was not pushy, but explained cogently what options were available, how they operated and how they would help me. I have been back several times for clarifications of several options. Charley was there to help me on one occasion and Chance Redden put on my license plate and clarified the cooling system operations. Both were friendly and helpful. My one complaint lies with the people who prepped the vehicle. I had to return to have mudflaps and mats that I had purchased installed. Also, on a road trip to Vermont, I noticed that the inside of the windshield was difficult to see thru' because of a grimy film that had not been properly cleaned. The car had been deemed complete. Overall I feel that I've had a very good experience with Dover Honda and would return again and recommend it to others. More
