First, the 2017 CRV was our favorite of the vehicles we tested, hands down! Second, the experience we had at Dover Honda initially was wonderful. Charley and Ric gave us their best price on the vehicle from the get-go and were very straightforward. We were very happy with the purchase price of the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In addition, Charley was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very transparent and honest in all steps of the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We also had a great experience with Sarah in Finance. We purchased our Civic at Dover Honda in 2013 and are so happy we returned to purchase another vehicle here. The experience Dover Honda provides its customers is, in our opinion, significantly different than what the typical car dealership provides. Everyone is honest, upfront, friendly, and genuine. We look forward to returning here to have both of our vehicles serviced and will absolutely consider purchasing our next vehicle from Dover Honda! We would highly recommend purchasing a car here/servicing a car here to anyone. More

I picked up the vehicle on January 18, 2017. The weather was not great.. It was snowing and the roads were slippery and snowy. Charlie made sure to tell me to drive safely. Later in the day after I got home Charlie took the time to call me at home to make sure I got home safely. That is really going above and beyond his job description and I appreciated that very much. More
