Dover (NH) Honda's sales, finance, and service teams worked together seamlessly. Sales representative Charles Lawrence worked competently and with patience to solve our desire to procure what we believe worked together seamlessly. Thank you to Charley Lawrance for working on our "last SUV" order and purchase: Charles kept the purchase process to under 2½ hours as was demanded by me. Everything was smooth and groovy with the finance guy, David, until I realized I had been slimed with a slip-in $399 protective coating of some sort, I had neither requested, though about, nor authorized. A line item in the finance order sheet slipped it in unbeknown to me. Period. No one, anyway, not me, wants a useless no value-add dealer markup. xxxxxx me off big time and I loudly let David know it. I told Charles I would not forget this. I stewed with venom the whole time Charles was showing us the Passport features. Now, David made it right with me before I left the dealership. I appreciate David making it right (a promised mailed check for $399), but the spray on guck is still on my vehicle. Don't slime customers with addons not requested. Sure, it was on the finance sheet we initialed: That doesn't make it a request of mine as we are in the midst signing and initialing at a pace. P.S.: I have been a customer since 1999. More

I started looking for a car on Dec 5 when mine died. ..I first encountered John who was informative and not at all "pushy". He listened to me and had me sit in a CRV and test drive an HRV. I came back late December and met with Rick, another fine salesman at Honda after I had been over to the Toyota dealer to test drive a Rav4. I ended up in an HRV and my first Honda. The ride was smooth and seats were comfortable for my 110 mile RT commute. The salesman were great to deal with and as a women that has not always been my experience when the "guy" talks to your husband when YOU are actually buying the car. The experience at Dover Honda was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend the sales department and the vehicles based on my 2025 end of year experience. More
