warranty work Great service! Charlie is a great service advisor and very thorough. He was easy to work with. However, I'm disappointed with the Chrysler dealership Great service! Charlie is a great service advisor and very thorough. He was easy to work with. However, I'm disappointed with the Chrysler dealership in Ontario. I purchased a van with navigation but now i don't have it because the Chrysler dealership in Reno tells me my vehicle was never equipped with that option. Not sure what happened there. But, again, the Chrysler dealership in Reno was great to work with. More
