I tried to drop off my car on Thursday, 8/19 for an engine light. They told us to bring it back on Tuesday, 8/24, which I did. They suggested, diagnostic test, which coost $99. I asked when can I hear back and they said they are pretty booked up so if it was ok to keep it through Wednesday, 8/25. Wednesday came, but didn't hear from them. Call them on Thursday and they said they are busy so that's why they haven't called back. Matter of fact, he asked if I wanted to pick up my car then drop it back off!!! xxx!!! I told them NO and I need to know what's going on and that they need to communicate with me. He said he'll call me later that day. But of course he didn't call back. They finally called back on Fri morning & lvm. Left a voice, then had to call back again & finally talked to him. This dude had the nerve to up the diagnostic charge to $150 and said that sometimes the diagnostic test can run more when they perform additional tests! xxx you didnt tell me that in the first place or before you performed it!!! Then brought it down to $130 like he was doing me a favor! They quoted a total of $1600 to fix everything. I decided to fix only the critical items, and they ended up giving me some discount. When I got home, out of curiosity, I followed up with a several local body shops in Suwanee and realized how Dodge up their prices. Dodge has done me wrong more than once. But I bought my car from Hays, only ever went to Hays for Services, collision fixes, parts, including down to batteries for my car keys, and I have NEVER taken my car anywhere since I bought it in 2014. I have referred a numerous people to Hayes and have considered buying another car from them. But that's about to change. Hayes got comfortable with customers like me who faithfully brings our cars there and takes advantage of our time and money!!! Never again I will go back to Hayes and now on I'll make conscious efforts to advertise their dishonesty and don't give shhyt customer service attitude every opportunity I get! More

They made me wait for 3 hours just for an oil change. I bought my car in this dealer and I do all maintenance here because I had a maintenance service insurance after the insurance expired they have taken bought my car in this dealer and I do all maintenance here because I had a maintenance service insurance after the insurance expired they have taken 3 hours to do just the oil change in my last 2 services. I’m not going back to this dealer anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it More

Disappointing Service Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. I called the service tech after returning home to ask a question and am still waiting on his retur Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. I called the service tech after returning home to ask a question and am still waiting on his return call (8 days later). After the work was done on the Evaporative Canister, we experienced problems with the Evap system (engine light came on). I took the car into another shop, who ran the diagnostic test (didn't even charge me for it) and told me the codes that came up. They referred me back to the dealership since we had just had the recall service completed. Interestingly enough, the dealership informed me that the "new" issue was not related to the previous work. They had no issue charging the diagnostic fee, explaining there was no way to "attach" it to the work from the recalls less than a week earlier. They then quoted a significantly higher price for the new work to be completed than other shops.....who had to purchase the part from the dealership. We will not be back to this dealership for any work and I can say I do not trust what they say/do. More
