I had to make a follow up appointment a week in advance to finish with finances and take the car home. When everything had been completed with financial, I had to transfer items from my previous vehicle to the new one and during that time, the salesperson who I had been working with took off, saying he would be back in a few minutes. I found him sitting at his desk with another customer a half hour later after standing out in the rain waiting for him to come back. As mentioned before, communication has not been great. I have had some questions about the vehicle after making the purchase which I have had trouble getting responses back, showing minimal effort. It has been frustrating, but we have the vehicle now.

Regarding the delay with final delivery, in some cases where trade-ins involve existing loans, we must wait for the bank to release the title — a process that can unfortunately take time. While this is not uncommon, I understand how that timing may have come as a surprise.
As for your interaction with our sales consultant, we regret the inconvenience you experienced. Occasionally, consultants are pulled away unexpectedly by other customers, but that should never impact your experience, especially during delivery. Bought a new Legacy, at the time of sale the salesman
told us (without being asked) that they were offering 5 free oil changes with the purchase. When we called to make appointment for the first one the
told us (without being asked) that they were offering 5 free oil changes with the purchase. When we called to make appointment for the first one they told us we needed the paperwork stating that. They never put it on the paperwork.
Make sure you make them put everything in writing the salesman says!
Just bought another new Subaru (Outback) from Auto fair Subaru and no problems at all with what they told us. Much better experience.

This was not a misunderstanding, we never even asked about free oil change. Salesman just went ahead and told us "This car comes with 5 free oil changes, we used to only offer one but we have now combined with our Toyota dealership we are able to offer 5 free oil changes.
Definitely not a misunderstand, more an outright lie. Would not recommend your dealerships to anyone.
