We also worked with sales managers Jim and Cesar, pre-owned sales manager David and business manager Mari. Because we purchased an in-transit vehicle, traded in another vehicle, and purchased a HondaCare service contract we interacted with a wide variety of people! They are an employee owned dealership and it shows. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences we've ever had. After struggling with four other dealers, we came in with low hopes of finding something that They really went above and beyond to earn our business. After struggling with four other dealers, we came in with low hopes of finding something that worked for us. Norma was incredible when we arrived; she made us feel like more than just customers. We fell in love with a car, and they really tried to make it work for our situation. Given how tough things were for us, we knew it would take a miracle to get approved. But they did it! They got us approved for a car we love. There was a cosmetic issue we missed, but the dealer pointed it out and is fixing it at no cost. Plus, Norma went the extra mile and got us floor mats for the inconvenience. I can’t praise her enough! After a terrible experience at the Honda in Dekalb/Sycamore, I was hesitant to try another Honda dealer, but I’m so glad we chose Valley Honda for this purchase. My husband & I researched all the vehicles in the area (10 dealerships), and we decided on Valley Honda mainly because of Jackson's patient, no pressure, kind personality. They offered us a wonderful price, without the painful process that is usually involved in purchasing a new car.
