Yassir in the finance department was so unpleasant to work with that we will not be returning to this dealership. He seemingly tried to get us to accept different terms than we had previously discussed a work with that we will not be returning to this dealership. He seemingly tried to get us to accept different terms than we had previously discussed and agreed upon. Additionally, he was incredibly condescending and rude. He raised his voice multiple times, became frustrated when we asked for clarification, and walked away without a word at least twice, emphasizing his frustration with us. Also, I am a woman and Yassir spoke primarily to my husband, even though I am a lawyer and the car is only in my name. We liked Larry and he was a nice person, but he is clearly overworked. We waited for approximately 45 minutes to meet with him to review and sign our contract, and then when we were finally called in, Larry was frustrated that we wanted to read the contract before signing it. He told us he had other customers waiting, and tried to hurry us along. While his customer service could be improved, I don’t blame him for the situation because the dealership seems way too busy to have just one finance person working at any given time. Caesar provided great customer service. He was friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the car. No complaints about him at all. Unfortunately, because our experience with Yassir was so poor, we won’t be buying any other cars from this dealership in the future. We’ve already told and will continue to tell friends and coworkers about how negative our experience was at Puente Hills Hyundai. More
