Top notch ! ! I drove almost 2 hours for my GREAT deal. We have a dealer less than 5 miles from us with the same SUV and drove to Hyundai of Central Florida becau ! We have a dealer less than 5 miles from us with the same SUV and drove to Hyundai of Central Florida because of the deal we got and Geraldo ..Also the Business manager Mike took GREAT care of us and got fully protected on our purchase. Please do yourself a favor and buy from Hyundia of Central Florida. They deserve 6 stars. More

Could not give negative stars or else I would. I brought my car to Hyundai of Central Florida on 8/15/23 after calling them that morning to see if I could bring my car in for a tire repair. My wife was told they were open till eight and I could drop it off that night to be repaired the next day. I work in Tampa and rushed back to Clermont to drop off my car. On my way to the dealership a warning light came on in my car that I have been having problems with it going on and off since I bought the car. The last time I brought this up to them they hooked it up but could not find the codes so they asked me to bring it in the next time I'm close by so they could see what lights were on. So since I was on the way anyway I told them that the lights were on again when I got there. The lady that checked me in seemed very disgruntled that evening and I felt like I was bothering her by being there. I also asked to get an oil change since they were working on the car anyway figured it would make no difference. They also gave me a problem about my extended warranty (which I have one) She told me she couldn't find it and I needed to find it and get the information to them. I left and went to Lowe's down the street and came back about 40 minutes later to give her my warranty information. I found my car sitting in the bay, doors open, engine running. The next day they did not attempt any work on my car, when I called to check in on it I was told that it was not going to be worked on at all. I called back and asked to speak to the service manager Cesar who would not return any of my calls or even get on the phone. There was always some excuse why he would not come to the phone. I called and spoke to reception later that evening to ask about my car and she said she had no information for me. The next morning my wife called and spoke to someone in service and they told her they had no intentions of working on my car today because they do not accept walk ins. So a message was then left for Cesar to call us again. I then proceeded to call Jerry Mullinax's office and left a message about this unacceptable behavior from his dealership. I then received a call from Cesar claiming that they are to busy and can't handle the amount of business they get and this and that. I was then told they will do the tire repair and oil change today and scan for the codes. I then get a call from Craig the service advisor claiming there was some confusion about what I wanted done and I told him the story. He also said they will do the tire repair and the oil change and scan for the codes. I said thank you and ended the call pleasantly. I was then called a couple hours later and said we completed the tire repair but will not be doing the oil change or code scan today come pick up your car. This is unacceptable for a customer to be treated this way. I will not be dealing with these people any longer and would not recommend this place to anyone... if you buy a Hyundai in Clermont be prepared to be treated badly by this service department and the service manager who does not care about you. I have another car through Toyota of Clermont and have never been treated like this including being able to walk in anytime for anything. I hope Jerry Mullinax reads this review because the people of Clermont do not deserve to be treated like this. I am a disabled war time veteran and have several appointments scheduled all the time and it is hard for me to schedule my service so far in advance so it is very inconvenient that I can not just drop off my car and have it worked on like you can at any other dealership. I always feel like I'm a nuisance and an inconvenience when I bring my car in there for anything. I have always dreaded having to go in there (feelings I do not have for Toyota of Clermont). I will be looking for another Hyundai dealership to service my car hopefully one that can handle their workload and treat the customers like they are welcome. More

I actually purchased (leased) the car from Hyundai dealership in Leesburg, but because of the distance I decided to have service done at the dealer in Clermont, as it was closer to home. This is the only experience I have had with Central Florida Hyundai. My car is currently in the collision shop from a minor accident and has been delayed for 15 weeks because of a dispute with the insurance company, ALLSTATE. This has turned out to be an extremely, crippling situation, some could have been avoided, and frustrating experience and I don't know who to blame, but it definitely could be a factor next year when I shop for a new car. This is why I did not do the whole survey. This is my 4th or fifth Hyundai or Genesis I have purchased over the years, we'll see how this experience works out. it has been expensive and frustrating.. Very friendly, not pushy, no over the top dealer add ons making an otherwise affordable vehicle less appealing. No false advertising or disclaimers online so small a consumer may not see to get you in their making an otherwise affordable vehicle less appealing. No false advertising or disclaimers online so small a consumer may not see to get you in their door with one price only to find out there are thousands of dollars worth of add ons over the factory invoice that arenβt advertised like you get with other dealerships. The price you see online is what you see when you arrive, Your staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure youβre happy with your experience and purchase. Very pleased thus far. More
