I wish we had read the negative reviews about Kristin before working with her because they were accurate. Over the years, I’ve purchased many vehicles from various dealerships, but this was by far the wo before working with her because they were accurate. Over the years, I’ve purchased many vehicles from various dealerships, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Kristin lacks effective communication skills and became defensive when questioned about inconsistencies. Instead of addressing concerns, she would walk away and retreat to her manager’s office. Unfortunately, her manager Cerra Terrill-Rodriguez, didn’t seem to address her behavior either, which was disappointing. If it weren’t for Mary Gallagher stepping in and fixing Kristin’s mistakes, we wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase. Kristin appeared uninterested in selling us the vehicle and, at times, even seemed upset with us for asking questions or making the purchase. Her unprofessional attitude and lack of preparedness were shocking. On the day of purchase, we spent 3.5 hours at the dealership, only to learn that the brand-new 2025 truck wasn’t ready for us. Kristin claimed the vehicle was locked up for the night because she didn’t know we were buying it, despite her constant text messages leading up to the sale. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Kristin’s approach to customer service is in desperate need of improvement. I would not recommend working with her to anyone. More

Walked in and was on the defensive as another dealership did the stereotypical car dealership thing. This was not like that. They had the car, we spoke about it, test drove, and came to terms. We are repeat customers and had a fantastic experience last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and ter last time, but not this time. Our salesperson Kristin was difficult to work with and it was a struggle to get straight answers about the cost and terms of the deal. We chose her because of the number of good reviews, but we won’t deal with her again if we ever go back to Executive again. Things improved once the managers got involved, but there were mistakes in the paperwork and we had to re-sign the paperwork 4 times. Mary tried her best and was very nice, but it seems like there are some issues going on behind the scenes. Overall, we would have to seriously consider whether or not we would go back to this dealer. The car is nice, but getting the deal completed was a real challenge. More
