I am disappointed that I scheduled my car in for an appointment for early morning but didn't get my car back until the end of the day. This has happened both times I have had my car in the shop for se appointment for early morning but didn't get my car back until the end of the day. This has happened both times I have had my car in the shop for service. What is the point of having an appointment? I just wish I had known this would be the case so I could have planned accordingly, but no one communicated how long the work might take or why they keep your car all day no matter what your car is in the shop for. That's very frustrating when you don't have any other form of transportation and you work full time. More

Pretty Good job - would have thought spending $2700+ on a 30K service check that at least you would either vacuum or wash the car, kinda surprised as I get that service at most the other dealerships where I 30K service check that at least you would either vacuum or wash the car, kinda surprised as I get that service at most the other dealerships where I do my maintenance for my car and or my wife’s.
