I highly recommend Royal LandRover of Tucson. I have tended to like the staff of Royal Jaguar/LandRover over 20 years with change/turn-over of course. Individuals tend to present integrity. I have tended to like the staff of Royal Jaguar/LandRover over 20 years with change/turn-over of course. Individuals tend to present integrity. Fernando and Luis in service are excellent. Catherine and Leslie in sales/finance are quite the effective team. They are determined professionals exercising diligence and dedication. They will extend the time and effort necessary to provide customer service and accommodation. Factual accuracy in purchasing a vehicle and making that investment matters to many and to myself in making that commitment . "Transparency" is a word that is frequently spoken with Royal, and with that, credibility is of the utmost importance. Catherine certainly did not lack in effort, and, continued to present professionalism thru the negotiating process. Leslie Bolanos extended support when necessary. Tim Taylor was available if needed. Catherine Mercado excelled in sales. The customer care presentation of vehicle the day of possession with Catherine was of the utmost quality.
