The Jim Falk sales staff goes the extra mile. Lanndon even drove a car to my house so that I could test drive it. He was prompt, attentive, informative, very honest and generous with his time and energy. We texted often during the process, and he was great at helping me understand things. Andrew and Nancy on the Financial team were really sweet and professional too. They weren't trying to squeeze. They were honest, clear, and tried to get paperwork done as soon as possible to get me out the door and into the car. I cannot recommend the Jim Falk dealership more. Ask for Lanndon.
