My experience with Cassie and Lexus of Cleveland was nothing short of amazing and professional. They did all the right things for me and my 2003 SC430. I need to mention my interaction with Dan the serv nothing short of amazing and professional. They did all the right things for me and my 2003 SC430. I need to mention my interaction with Dan the service manager. I arrived as an unhappy customer from another company and Dan stayed very coll and calm even though he could tell I was very upset over the problem I was having and asking their service dept. to rectify, which they did. Very thankful for what they do and how they do it. More

Everyone at Lexus especially Maria went above and beyond all my expectations. I got everything I wanted in my Lexus plus!
