I scheduled this service in Ford Telematics and requested a loaner vehicle for our technician. When he got there nothing was ready and I was told that I need to call in a schedule appointments. I coordinat a loaner vehicle for our technician. When he got there nothing was ready and I was told that I need to call in a schedule appointments. I coordinated this appointment to have my technician down with the least amount of down time. Repair left our truck down for a week due to your poor processes. The truck came in for a recall repair. Parts should have been on site already and a ball joint nut does not take a week to replace. This repair cost our company a lot of money and down time. Hope you improve your process for next time More
