It was very hard to communicate with them. I had to call every time I wanted an update and would constantly get told I’d hear back soon. They were not very helpful and seemed unorganized. They couldn’t find my car once I decided to no longer do service with them and I wasted 30 minutes of my day trying to track it down on the property with no assistance. More

Customer service is GREAT! ! I drove my truck and a gentleman greeted me right away. Even held the door open for me when I entered the office. Felt very welcome. (((nobody does ! Willing to work with me on price and did the actual repair work in a timely manner. However, felt like communication was not great at times. Would be told I’d receive a call the following morning but w repair work in a timely manner. However, felt like communication was not great at times. Would be told I’d receive a call the following morning but would only hear from Ford once I called them myself in the afternoon. Felt like I had to chase updates. Also, my part was on back order and I called fairly often for updates on the part and was told it was on back order each day until one day I called and was told the part was on back order still but they ask for an eta, only to find out they found three of the part I needed. I’m glad I kept bugging them because if I hadn’t they might not have realized they already had the part for several more days. More
