I live in Naples Florida about 100 miles south of Lexus of Sarasota. I drove for 1 1/2 hours past two other Lexus dealers to buy from them. Why? Mainly because of Casey Brucato in their sales department. T of Sarasota. I drove for 1 1/2 hours past two other Lexus dealers to buy from them. Why? Mainly because of Casey Brucato in their sales department. There were certain things that we were looking for in our new Lexus. The right colors, the convenience and technology packages and AWD. Casey and his manager found the exact car that we were looking for, in North Carolina no less, and had it shipped to Sarasota so we could buy it! Casey went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to arrange our financing. Shout out also to Kenny Clark in the finance department for his help. Kenny not only got us a competitive loan, he put together a warrantee package that fit our needs. All in all it was a great buying experience and we love our new Lexus RX 350! More

I brought my vehicle in for dent repair, and I was told the work had been completed — but when I inspected the car, nothing had been touched. The dent was still there, exactly as it was when I dropped it off. No explanation, no apology, just a false statement that the job was done. It’s extremely frustrating to be misled and waste time, especially when I expected the same level of professionalism I experienced from the sales team. I hope management addresses this issue so others don’t face the same problem. More
