Great experience! As soon as I contacted the sales person and explained what I was looking for she went over specifics and lined up 4 vehicles that all fit into the ran As soon as I contacted the sales person and explained what I was looking for she went over specifics and lined up 4 vehicles that all fit into the range and desires for a vehicle and had them ready to test drive. She was warm and freindly, knowlegable and accommodating. The rest of the staff were freindly and helpful. The finance process was quick and efficient. Coffee and popcorn topped off a wonderfull experience! More

In every facet this dealership is fantastic. When I first stopped at North Country Ford I had Carrie as my salesperson. She is fantastic knows the cars and knew exactly what I wanted. She enjoys when I come in for a surface or just to look around she takes time just to say hi. Yes I've used your service department for my maintenance of my car. The staff is great to work with. They helped me in so many ways. And make my experience a good experience having my car serviced. As a side note I like the water and the popcorn. The financial personnel are very professional explain things up front and help me in every facet. When I had an accident with my car. The Ford Fusion Hybrid I was driving did everything that I could ask for. I had a bad accident on 94 the car was a total loss. But the car was designed to absorb the impact and I walked away with nothing wrong with me. When I got a new car from not your dealership. I learned the difference that your dealership does make. I bought the extended warranty and your financial people help me get the rest of my money back from the extended warranty. My overall review of this dealership is fantastic. I will definitely be buying a new car from North Country Ford and Carrie has my sales person. Keep up the good work. Diane Foster More

The Luther in Fargo treats you way better! To start, Carrie Bellows was amazing so we thought we were in good hands. When it came to purchasing, the finance guy was degrading and made us feel b To start, Carrie Bellows was amazing so we thought we were in good hands. When it came to purchasing, the finance guy was degrading and made us feel bad. The accessories lady was told we wanted to match the tint from the back windows on the front and never helped us out by saying in MN, you can only do 50% and we paid for something that barely made a difference. When the people from the accessories place called to schedule, the lady read the dealership notes to me that said to put the cheapest tint on. We will not get our next vehicle from there because we were treated so poorly by 2/3 of the people we dealt with. More
