Enjoyable used car buying experience! I came in with the intent of squeezing in an hour of checking out a couple models in our price range, as determined by some earlier online research. Carrie greeted me and quickly had me behind the wheel of my first candidate, a 2015 Honda Fit. I knew almost immediately that this wasn't the vehicle for us. Tiny, tinny and with a highly obstructed field of vision, I couldn't believe people were actually driving these things on the freeways. Anyways, Carrie expertly located the next candidate - a '14 Ford Escape. Wow - what a difference! I could hardly wait to bring my wife in the next day for her to test drive it. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it there the next morning as we intended, and by the time we got there around 5 PM, that vehicle had been sold to another party. Fortunately, there we others to choose from. After driving a 2015 Escape and a similar-sized, but lower-priced Hyundai Sante Fe, my wife and I agreed that the Ford had the better road manners, higher tech engine and more attractive styling. Being a "Ford Certified" vehicle secured our decision and gave us the peace of mind knowing that our pre-owned vehicle with 42k miles had been thoroughly inspected and detailed, making it feel nearly NEW to us. In fact, our neighbors have already commented on how they thought we had purchased another new vehicle to go along with the 2013 Ford F-150 we purchased new from North Country Ford nearly 5 years ago. For the first time ever, we are now an entirely-Ford family ... and proud of it. Thank you, Carrie and Brad, for a great buying experience! More

Used SUV We went in to test drive a few used SUVs. We met and Carrie and told her what we wanted to do. She got right on it lining up our list of test drives. It was a very cold night for car shopping but Carrie was great. We would return from driving on car and the next on our list was warming up and ready to go. My friend and I on a Saturday asked a salesman to meet us in the lot to test drive I got a recommendation about this dealership for bad salespersons. My friend and I on a Saturday asked a salesman to meet us in the lot to test drive a truck just to see if I liked the long box on a supercab F150 with no intention of buying from this dealership, but this salesman never came out to the lot. we waited 15 min. I decided that I didn't want to buy from this dealership anyways until I met Carrie Bellows (salesperson) wandering in the lot offering up her assistants, as I was just checking out the dealership lot inventory, she made me feel good about looking around and offered no pressure at all as she was willing to go above and beyond for me without making me feel like I was wasting her time. Fast forward, Carrie gave me a price of what I was looking for after changing my decision more than 3 times and still being extremely patient. I had 3 quotes from different dealerships and nobody was closer than 1000.00 dollars for a ordered custom built truck. I ordered and bought the truck and I am very happy with the whole process from sales to financing, I highly recommend Carrie Bellows as she has made my truck buying experience into a pleasurable experience and will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle. I like that Elizabeth Peck (Accessories Manager) desk is conveniently put in the open showroom and not stuffed in the service department somewhere nobody can see. She was also very helpful on my after market request and followed through with the quotes that I requested. More
