Since 2005 my family has bought several new and used vehicles from Leith Honda and we service those vehicles only at Leith Honda. The last two vehicles that were purchased happened to be used and we ha vehicles from Leith Honda and we service those vehicles only at Leith Honda. The last two vehicles that were purchased happened to be used and we have had no issues with these two vehicles (one was certified pre-owned). We worked with Carolina "Carol" Alarcon who is an amazing sales agent who is very attentive and hard-working. Carol also worked with my son who needed to sell a vehicle and he was happy to work with her. Carol definitely puts the customers first and we recommend working with her at Leith Honda where Sheila Starliper is now the General Sales Manager. More

This dealership was well maintained and had a nice waiting area. The snacks available were a plus. I had an overall poor experience at this dealership itself having to wait 6 hours to close the de waiting area. The snacks available were a plus. I had an overall poor experience at this dealership itself having to wait 6 hours to close the deal, due to lack of staff in the finance department…I even saw an verbal argument take place between the general manager, Manny, and the finance guy, Travis. HOWEVER, our sales associate, Carolina, was wonderful. She waited the entire time while we were waiting to work with the finance team. Since the detail team had already went home for the night, Carolina went out there at 10pm to clean a spot off the interior of the vehicle herself! We finally closed the transaction at 10:15pm. I did email the manager, Todd Holmes, about my experience and he responded that he was handling these issues. Despite all this, Carolina is an amazing sales associate and was low pressure, which I really appreciated. Negotiating was easy, because they gave us a fair price for our trade-ins up front, which eliminated a lot of unnecessary back and forth negotiating that you see at a lot of dealerships. More

The fact that she helped me without purchasing a car from her speaks to her professionalism and dedication she has to a high level of customer service. I really can’t thank her enough. Car salesmen and saleswomen tend to get a bad rep, with good reason, lol. However, Alison is the real deal and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car. She deserves more than 5 stars!
