It was a great experience with a very knowledgeable salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. I even had to stop by a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to access the heat salesperson. He was able to find exactly what I wanted. I even had to stop by a few days later because I couldn't figure out how to access the heat or how to lock the car from outside. The sales person who helped me even came out twice because I didn't completely understand the heat. The whole experience was very positive. More

I had an uncomfortable experience with the first salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service th salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service that my old Honda needed too much work to fix. So I went to the dealership. I explained my situation and said I didn't have the right questions, but I told her which cars I liked. She showed me the cars, didn't ask if I wanted to drive one, and came back with what my payments would be for those three cars. I felt I was being dismissed. All the while, she didn't smile and went through motions. I set an appointment for the next week, and she called rhe day before the appointment and asked why I missed the appointment. I told a friend of mine that I saw a car that I really liked at the lot, but I wasn't going to go back to Honda. Fortunately, she had just purchased a car from a man who was fantastic there, who now is manager. He recommended Carlos. Carlos was fantastic! He was friendly, personable, listened to me, and was happy to let me drive the three cars. That afternoon with Carlos. I leased the car I would recommend Honda to someone if they could get Carlos as a salesperson. I'm sure there are other excellent ones, but I know now it's not worth getting one who doesn't want to work with you. More
