My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from colonial West and I can't recommend Sean enough as a sales professional! From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Sean made the process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Sean was not pushy at all; instead, he was patient and respectful, allowing my daughter to explore her choices without any pressure. I may have done this already but here goes . I have been doing business with colonial west since I bought my 2015 Colorado and unfortunately went with another when I traded it in for my 18 Color I have been doing business with colonial west since I bought my 2015 Colorado and unfortunately went with another when I traded it in for my 18 Colorado and came back when that stealership pulled a bad deal with me . I returned to Colonial and have never looked back and recently bought my retirement truck from them and if and when I need service and or a new vehicle I will definitely use Colonial West Chevrolet in Fitchburg Ma .
