Carlos is the Service Manager at INFINITI of South Bay and is also one of our longest employed employees – he has been here for 21 years and 6 months, only two others have been here longer. When we inquired about what he likes most about INFINTI of South Bay, Carlos replies; “It’s the employees and the relationships we have together. We are a close-knit team who works well together here and that also enjoys personal time together. We’ve had softball and paintball teams together, we sometimes go fishing together, and we always love to share a meal.” Married for 16 years, Carlos is blessed with five children and two grandchildren - and this is where he spends most of his time. In the little free time he has, Carlos loves taking a ride on his Harley Davidson to feel the wind in his hair, see the passing sights and to just relax and enjoy.

USB charger in front and back of car were not working . I informed the service service technician. He told me that if they fix the one in the front the one in the back will work , now I have to take tim I informed the service service technician. Worst dealer ever went to see why my car was pulling to the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waite the right they said that it would be an alignment issue before doing the alignment I told him to double check my suspension and he said ok , so waited about 2 hours to get it done I left and once again it pulled . So I called back to tell them what was going on that basically that they didn’t fix my problem so he said to bring it back so I did once again I waited about 3 hour this time just to get the alignment done he asked if I hit a pothole that the alignment was off so they redid the alignment and once it pulled so I go back and talk to the manager the manager just gives me my money back and that’s it instead of looking deeper and finding the problem and fixing it.! WASTE OF TIME !!! More
