Highly recommend and especially Carlos! I brought my Lexus in after Sewell Lexus of Dallas was going to charge me over $200 for my 15,000 maintenance. When asked why it was so high the resp I brought my Lexus in after Sewell Lexus of Dallas was going to charge me over $200 for my 15,000 maintenance. When asked why it was so high the response was “ because we’re a luxury dealership” and hung up the phone. After speaking with a very nice lady that helped make sure that Norm Reeves could assist me with my maintenance and scheduling. I was able to have a Saturday appointment. It didn’t take very long. Carlos explained a few things that Lexus never cared to. I’m so happy I went with Norm Reeves. I’ll definitely be returning and asking for Carlos. More
