I scheduled a mobile appointment and after 2 hours past that time scheduled I contacted the dealership. They stated trouble with mobile van then promised they would be there shortly, waited another 3 hour that time scheduled I contacted the dealership. They stated trouble with mobile van then promised they would be there shortly, waited another 3 hours and called and told them that I would pick up the part and did the job myself. The next day I did a Google search for the part from Ford and it was $100 cheaper than the dealership charged me, very disappointed! More
