Carlos Bonds was (and is) a Rock Star, and hit the ground running, bestowing upon us his deep knowledge of the car, sharing intricate and general info on all the car’s features and capabilities. Carlos was a complete joy to engage with throughout the whole process. He let us know we could contact him anytime and encouraged us to reconnect to cover more details on the car intricacies.
Likewise, Golboo Javid was fantastic to coordinate with on the purchase; she made all the options and financials crystal clear. She demonstrated maximum patience as I struggled a bit in providing some required info due to extreme travel exhaustion as I just flew in from Japan.
